Power Platform Developer
Residency in Michigan and 100% onsite work are mandatory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, build, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications and workflows to streamline and automate business processes.
- Act as the primary technical advisor, planner, and software developer for Power Platform products (Canvas and Model-driven apps).
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them in effect technical solutions.
- Develop Power Automate flows to automate business processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Integrate PowerApps with various data sources, such as SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, and other third-party applications.
- Maintain and enhance existing Power App solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Provide documentation for both code and workflow architecture, user training, and ongoing support for Power App solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Stay updated on new Power Platform features and best practices to continually improve development processes.
- Create, maintain, and optimize database schemas. Lead data integration and migration efforts when integrating and/or consolidating other software tools.
- Ensure application and workflow software code security to avoid data leakage.
- Employ Role Based Access Control (RBAC) across UI, applications, workflows, and schemas.
- Be accessible via company phone and email 24/7 in case of emergency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- 2-4 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Apps formulas.
- Experience integrating Power Apps with data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dataverse.
- Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation.
- A solid understanding of Microsoft 365 environment and tools.
- Experience translating business process design requirements into code and workflows.
- Implementing data loss prevention techniques to ensure Power Platform data and application security.
- Familiarity with concepts such as Connectors, Power Platform SQL integration, Dataverse, and more.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative solutions.
- Interact with a wide variety of individual personalities in a constructive and professional manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to demonstrate honesty, integrity, and respect for others, while being flexible and open to change.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school graduate; some college and/or technical school desirable. Must have two or more years of experience designing, building, and creating Power Apps applications and Power Automate workflows, and performing business analysis tasks include business process flow design.
