Senior Salesforce Programmer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and adaptable IT Senior Software Programmer with extensive experience in Salesforce development. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions to enhance user experience and streamline business operations. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Salesforce Service and B2B modules, along with proficiency in low-code, extensible cloud platforms such as Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Monday.com.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Salesforce applications to optimize business processes and improve customer relationship management.
Provide production support for software applications and processes in line with customer expectations for operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various platforms.
Capture, document, and translate customer, user, and technical software requirements into actionable solutions.
Design and implement solutions using Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to automate workflows and generate data-driven insights.
Configure and enhance workflows and integrations within Monday.com to maximize platform utility.
Implement robust security measures to protect software applications, track vulnerabilities, and address potential security threats.

Required Qualifications:

U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of proven development experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
Proficiency in Apex, Salesforce’s proprietary programming language for custom applications and triggers.
Strong knowledge of Visualforce for creating custom user interfaces.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning for developing dynamic, modern web applications.
Familiarity with Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) for efficient data retrieval.
Background in UI/UX design with a focus on delivering intuitive user experiences.
Experience building custom solutions and data integrations tailored to business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Development experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce module.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including building applications with Power Apps, automating workflows with Power Automate, and generating reports using Power BI.
Experience with Monday.com for workflow automation and data integrations.
Proficiency in client-side frameworks such as React or Angular, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience designing REST and SOAP APIs for systems integration.
Knowledge of authentication methods and application scope management.
Ability to train clients and users on the management of their applications and workflows.
Creative problem-solving skills with an emphasis on designing visually appealing and functional solutions.
