For over 35 years, our private practice has been a cornerstone in the East Lansing community. We have built a solid reputation based on trust, quality, and exceptional customer service. Currently a thriving 2-doctor practice, we offer a full scope of general dentistry and welcome 30-40 new patients each month. With one doctor phasing out of practice, we have a high patient flow, providing immense growth potential for a new Associate.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our experienced team. The ideal candidate will have residency training and/or a few years of experience in private practice. They should prioritize quality over quantity in their dental care and be committed to treating patients like family. A "never stop learning" attitude and a desire to continually improve through continuing education is essential. This position is perfect for someone who wants to earn a substantial salary without the responsibilities of ownership, though pathways to partnership and profit sharing are available for the right candidate.

Practice Stats and Potential Benefits
- Growing demand with collections in 2023 of over $1.5 million
- Averaging 30-40 new patients per month
- 4-5 Hygiene chairs occupied per day
- 5 full doctor operatories with space to expand with 4 more
- Brand new Vatech CBCT Green X installed March of 2024
- Daily Rate of $700-$900 until Collections exceed daily minimums in a monthly period
- High Earning Potential (35% of production Collections have averaged between $15,000-$25,000/month)

- Specialty procedures normally referred out give great Earning Potential in:
- Implants, Endodontics, Extractions & Invisalign cases
- Ownership Potential
Qualifications
- DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA accredited dental school is required
- Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry
- Current state of Michigan Dental license and DEA license
- Previous experience in clinical or private practice
- CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications
- Deep understanding of dental standards and dental medicine trends
- Excellent bedside manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensation: $700.00 - $900.00 per day
